The Boating Industry Academy is the first industry-driven program for high school students wishing to pursue a career in the boating and marine industries.
The specialist program will start on the Gold Coast (Robina) campus in January 2023 with a view to moving to a Coomera base, in the heart of the largest marine precinct in the Southern Hemisphere by mid-year.
The initiative is supported by the Boating Industry Association (BIA); the peak industry body in Australia serving members such as Telwater, Boat Works, Riviera, Maritimo, and hundreds more, in and around the Coomera area and across the country.
